Gods of Plinko: Master the Divine Multipliers

Zeus's bar fills as balls hit pegs and land in buckets. Each peg hit adds +1 Zeus charge; each bucket landing adds +3. The bar requires ~100 charges to fill, which roughly corresponds to 25–35 ball drops.

Once full, Zeus activates: the next 10–20 balls have all their bucket values multiplied by x10. A bucket that would normally pay 5x bet now pays 50x. This is the primary variance driver.

Hades's bar fills faster but delivers a smaller multiplier. ~40 charges to fill (roughly 10–15 ball drops). Active surge gives x2.5 on bucket values for 10–20 balls.

Trade-off: Hades triggers ~3x more often than Zeus but each surge is only 25% of Zeus's strength. Over a full session, Hades contributes roughly the same total EV as Zeus — just distributed in smaller, more frequent boosts.

Both bars full at the same time triggers Divine Combat. The multipliers stack multiplicatively: x10 × x2.5 = x25 on bucket values for the combat duration (10–20 balls).

This is the only realistic path to 500x+ outcomes. Natural sim-trigger rate: ~1 in 120 bar-fill events, so rough frequency is ~1 per 3,000–4,000 ball drops. Combat always ends with whichever bar was filled first running out first.

Launch up to 100 balls in a single burst. Each ball pays independently, and all ball peg-hits and bucket-landings contribute to both progress bars simultaneously. 100-ball burst typically fills both bars within the same burst — often triggering sequential or simultaneous Surges.

Bankroll consideration: 100-ball burst at $1/ball = $100 committed per launch. The burst is statistically the fastest path to Divine Combat but also the highest variance per second of play.
